Shipping Policy
Orders with Vending Machines
For orders containing vending machines, shipping will be coordinated individually with the customer via our after-sales department. We will contact you to discuss shipping details and agree on a suitable delivery time.

Orders without Machines
Orders without machines will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
Expected delivery time: 2-4 business days.

Return Policy
Orders with Vending Machines
Orders with vending machines cannot be returned. This concerns products that are custom made and assembled.

Orders without Vending Machines
Consumer payments : You may return items, excluding vending machines, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) or an exchange.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Standard Returns Policy (Consumer Orders):

– Please include the original purchase receipt or proof of shipping with your return shipment.

– For products returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, return shipping costs may apply.

– You must return or hand over the products to us without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to cancel the agreement to us. You are on time if you return the products before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the products.
– Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.

– You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

Business Order Policy (B2B) :
– Business orders cannot be returned.
